Appalachian Railroad Book Recommendations
There is no shortage of great books on the Appalachian Railroads. Since most focus on individual railroads, it may take you quite a bit of time to read only a portion of the books. Each railroad has a very unique story, and each author has a different writing style, so reading a variety of books will be insightful and entertaining.
